Kind of a counter balance on tuesday. Hobbits are effective going forward but leaky in ddfence. We are weak going forward but strong in defence.

Craig Levein's record in the Derby is really good. Only 6 defeats in 50 competitive games. He knows what this game's all about and with players like Berra, Walker and Callachan who are steeped in it should mean we don't see a repeat of our collapse there last season

Nerves are already shot as ever when it comes to derby build up! Videos going back and forward between mates, playing the game out in my head as if it's really happening in front of my eyes!!
This game has a bit of needle about it this time around because of the way results have gone recently. I always expected 100% commitment from a hearts side every single time we went into a derby and that's been lacking over the past couple of years
Berra and Levien won;t allow that. They know what it means. We have Walker and Callchan in there too. Cochrane is young raw laddie who will want make a mark. The you have lafferty, he wants to repay the fans who have supported him.
My heart obviously says 1-0 hearts but actually, I don't really know

I watched the first hour of the Hibs v Celtic game and they are very strong in the middle of the park with McGeough, Bartley and McGinn. I'll be surprised if Levein starts Harry Cochrane but after the laddie's display on Saturday he deserves it. Henderson is another laddie that changed the game on Saturday but I don't think he will start either.
No predictions from me.

Present and past form goes out the window in the derby ( as can be seen by our mini unbeaten run against a Hearts side that on paper were superior) as players get caught up in the occasion. This often leads to a tight, niggly often poor game but the winning side and fans won't care. Luck plays a big part. Chill Simmy Just hoping for an entertaining game and show everyone that there is more to Scottish football than the West coast bigot brothers. GGTTH / HHGH

Third of the three important fixtures in 10 days. Already lost two so Lennon will be hoping that luck goes Hibs way ( always a major part of the derby as players get caught up in the occasion} . Another loss, especially to Hearts at home, where his hopes of an Easter Road fortress have come up woefully short and the bedwetters will be calling for blood. Just hoping for a good game , there is more to Scottish football than Smeltic and Sevco. GGTTH

So will we, if our defence doesn't show up again Fred. Could be a 4 : 4 draw

Not sure what will happen but have my concerns about young Cochrane getting the shit kick out of him by Bartley,McGeoch and McGinn though

I don't think we'll be seeing a good game, sadly, but I do think we'll see an exciting one with some serious commitment by both teams and managers.
