One of my mates went to ER at midnight and was joined by 2 otheres at 2am and 6am and by 2pm today had our tickets in hand (all 27) for the group! Hearing about it being a sell out is any of you got tickets or not from either side?

Just picked mine up from Tynecastle...hearing there are only 3 thousand left. Fantastic response from both sides of the city...this promises to be an exciting build up to a huge cup tie

Hearing about it being a sell out is any of you got tickets or not from either side? I remember persuading an office colleague of mine to queue for me overnight for tickets for the Fester Road Cup game - a BIG game at the time and the one when Fossie put it through Bandy's legs for the winner (1994?). We expected a huge demand for tickets and I said if he queued I'd pay for his ticket and I went down to Tynie at 8.30 am or so to bring him some coffee and found my guy was almost the only one queuing and we just walked into the ticket office and got 4 tickets each. That was before all this online purchasing of course, but still, that was for the away end so we expected limited availability. Are you telling me you guys actually queued from midnight for tickets for the home end? How many people were queuing? You could have just walked in off the street at 9.00 am and got as many as you wanted, surely?

staggered that folk were queuing for tickets in this day and age but I understand there are some scenarios where folk have more than one season ticket attached one account (which is daft).
i always get our tickets online, it's struggle waiting and hoping you don't get kicked off but I logged on at 8.45 and by 9.20 the confirmation email was in my inbox I expect my tickets to be through the door today or tomorrow.
Never managed to get our own seats but we are just a few seats away from where we usually are. don't get me started on people who want their 'own seat'. no such thing!! just be thankful you have a ticket!!

Like Simmy no issues getting tickets online,of course we can't get our own seats, but then why should we,there are 1500 guys and gals in the Roseburn getting moved out,at least all season ticket holders are getting a seat, well done the Jambos for this

From the club website: Only a few hundred tickets are now left for the William Hill Scottish Cup 5th round tie against Hibs on Sunday, February 12th.
The club would urge all season ticket holders who intend to buy tickets to do so at their earliest convenience.

The problem this year was loyalty points were abandoned at end of last season due to many faults in the way they dished out points, so for game v Bonnyrigg our group did in online but due to things crashing it took over 3hrs to secure our seats at Tynie, but for the derby where we get approx 3,000 seats and have 11,500 approx ST this was carnage waiting to happen. So one off the lads who was going to the office early am to collect saw on social media that some had started to arrive early so he told the other 2 he was going down for midnight and yes queued all night to secure these tickets rather than leave it in the lap of hope online, or be turned away in the morning.

Someone arrived at 7.30 and gave all those in the queue first vouchers for there allocated amount of tickets as only 1700 were on sale at office, rest given to online. The ticket office didn't open until 12 noon this was coordinated by ticket master to handle volume of ticket for Hibs, Hearts and various gigs all going on sale the same day different times. People were then being turned away by 8.15am and told to try online at 12noon. Certainly we could have sold the Roseburn twice or three times over going by stories of disappointed ST holders not getting tickets.

what a shambles that sounds Dav I was hearing yesterday that when they opned the gates to wherever the ticket office is, it was a free for all which meant hat folk who were at the front of the queue ended up being over run.
