Well done to the ex Hibby scoring a hat-trick, now let's see you doing that against a real team.

Congrats to S Fletcher first Scottish hat trick since I was born at the end of 1969!
Yes it's only Gibralter and Hibs reserves under Fenlon beat them 3-1 in a friendly away, (5 or 6 of the Gib players played against Hibs)!
Goal diff as stated isn't an issue, it will be decided 1st on points then head to heads with nations on same points!

Dull fact of the week: Colin Stein came to my house a couple of times to work on the floorboards. Fletch has never been here.

You certainly can't argue with Colin Stein's goalscoring record, brilliant striker.

I think he scored a hat trick in each of his first 2 games (for THEM). If my fading memory serves me correctly.

Maroon???, if Scotland lose 1-0 to Ireland then who finishes, say 2nd in the group would be decided by Goal Difference, if we are tied on points, yes??
Anyone know different???

I thought and I'm probably wrong , that the first breaker is to look at results in the two games the tied teams played agsinst each other and only if it is still tied will they use goal difference.

Jeezo, I know that ffsakes, I'm saying Poland took 7 from the Gibs away from home and Ireland took 7 from them, where we beat them by 5 goals, simples. This group is getting close to the point that GD may well be the tie-breaker.
GOAL DIFFERENCE MAY MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN OUR GROUP.
YES!

YES! Ok....I dunno what part of "goals scored against the bottom team in the group don't count" your not getting, but the fact remains they don't
