Another shocker away from home, early goal but didn’t build on it, just like the cream buns game about 4 players to blame for the winner, indecisive, poor. No doubt the usual gubbing coming next week at Smeltic and so despite winning four in a row we are right back to where we were, chasing again. Yes we have a game in hand but could be way behind by the time that comes about🤬🤬🤬

The return of Halkett yesterday reminded me of that night in Paisley when St Midden scored the winner. A ball over the top and Halkett looking like he’s towing two caravans.

I often agree with Michael Stewart (his Levein squabbling aside) and yes, again he is accurate in his assessment of what the fans all saw but the management didn't.

Frankie Kent has been a great signing as has Cammy Devlin. Nieuwenhof, Oda, Tagawa and Vargas don’t look like they’re coping with Scottish Football.
There are lots of Scottish players out there that would improve us. I just can’t understand why we don’t look at the SPFL.

I am less concerned about the transfer snobbery comments (which may or not be true) but his specific comments about Naisy playing Sibbick and Halkett - both of which were absolutely shocking decisions even to my untrained eye. MS states that Naisy is a young and inexperienced manager but ffs, isn't that why FM is there; to help him avoid such shocking schoolboy errors? I've always wanted naisy to be given a chance but these are sackable offences in the eyes of all supporters and they need to stop immediately. My patience is running thin and whilst I won't be throwing bombs inside Tynecastle Park, if my patience is running thin, the fans in the stands must be going mental with rage. NOT GOOD AND NEEDS SORTED!
Edit: P.S. Isn't it the AGM this week? I hope that the message to the Board is very, very clear. Take responsibility to get this sorted.

Although MS makes a good point about recruitment (a few months behind some of you on here btw) I don't necessarily agree about the Scottish market. I don't actually see many players already in Scotland who would necessarily improve us, or at least we could afford. The Japanese duo are physically lightweight for sure but Oda has looked good at times and Tagawa arrived with a good reputation.
Many of our rivals have beaten us this season because they work harder and are better organised than us not because they have better players. Most of our squad are capable of much more than we're seeing. This is down to coaching, tactics and maybe the players' attitudes themselves. Some players just won't make it - the aforementioned Tagawa, Niewenhof, Grant for example but the situation is fixable if only we weren't in the Groundhog Day situation of yet another management team being unwilling or unable to veer away from a model which isn't working.

I thought we were meant to have a good dof. Either way you look at it, the profile of this squad is shit. Too many ageing players without any youth prospects able to replace them. Nobody with any sell on value (except shanks).
Stewart is right in the we don't have a RB. We have a bunch of utility players by necessity. And our fitness has been plaguing us for years, when will that be fixed?
We can't even convince a player to stick around cause theres no evidence of anything improving. We aren't terrible, we are just extremely mediocre. If shanks leaves, we'll descend from mediocre to shit though
