I'm never stupid enough to predict a Hearts win v tbe GFA's favourite team but am sometimes optimistic. Every time we get too optimistic, Sevco turn up and hammer us but, hey ho, someone needs to start the thread so here it is.
I am cautiously optimistic this time because Sevco seem to be struggling and could be vulnerable if we do absolutely everything right on the day. However, it is more likely Sevco score twice in the first ten minutes and we will scuttle the ship and head home early like Hibs fans.
Anyway, 20,000 Hearts fans will be there to witness whatever happens, let's see if the men's team can match this past week's success of the boys' and women's teams v their Sevco counterparts.

I’m similar K19, forever hopeful that this time will be our day against those fuckers. I can think of at least 2 Hobos on this forum, along with a few thousand more elsewhere who’ll be rooting for Sevco mind you😜😜🤦♀️🤦♀️

If Sevco turn up on the day, they WIN! SIMPLES. Better players, better team which usually means a predictable outcome.

They didn’t look like they had better players or indeed, a better team last night against the sixth best team in the league or against the 11th best team on Sunday. In fact, I think the only team Sevco have beaten in their last 8 games is the mighty Hibs, twice. On that basis, Sevco must be very good or Hibs are shite- you decide- whatever!!!

Hibs really do get under ur skin, don't they ek? Haha, not one bit son. That’s a bit rich coming from you. You’ve got more posts on a Hearts forum than a lot of our members- that’s obsession. Jog on back to your wee diddy team😜

I actually decided to give this a miss watching on TV with my dad instead. Too many birthdays to fork out for, my eldest was 18 last week and my youngest 16 in 2 weeks. It's my birthday as well on Sunday so would make my day with a win 🇱🇻

Excuse me ek but Sevco have beaten the Tarts on all 4 occasions this season (3 league, 1 League Cup). Goals AGG: 11-3 IN SEVCO'S FAVOUR! Just sayin!

Aberdeen giving Hamas a scare today makes we wonder if we are going to have a go tomorrow. Our traditional very slow start almost always proves our undoing. On the Hamas game, I was very nearly hoping Hart's shenanagins were going to explode in his face (on any other day I would hope pricks like him would be on the losing side) but it was important to Hearts for Hamas to win that one today. I'd be interested in hearing Brenda's thinking in allowing his keeper to take such a crucial pen.
And Happy Birthday jambowifey!
