Well done but they are completely overated. My daughter asked this morning why I have to go to work and she can play for the next few weeks now she's off school? At 6 the world is just one happy place to play. Unfortunately she had to come in with me for a few hours which involved drawing on scrap paper, asking employees for colored pens and leaving sticky yogurt bottles and hand prints everywhere. We're off for ice cream at Fentons I'm playing hooky. Work who needs it?! Past all that Oak. I now only have grandchildren to mess my house up (as well as my dugs of course). This weekend is going to be spent taking 2 teenage girls to pick clothes for their birthday's. I hate shopping in general but trying to get the girls to agree on where we go is a nightmare. Wish it was August and the season had started again! Their Granda is going fishing. What a coincidence eh? Late starters for us, I was 43 when the wife got pregnant. Oof it doesn't half take out on you when you have to run to soccer practice, run the dog when you get home and pick up from soccer practice. Oh aye and squeeze in work. 33 would have been a better age. And Grandad lives on Corstorphine so no help there.

Finished it. Not in the top six hundred but still got a medal Sorry nell, my bike had a flat and a broken spoke and the brakes are a bit dodgy and the handlebar is wonky and the saddle hurts my bum and the wine shop was closed. Apart from that, i was there with you in spirit.

I was more concerned about you being there with me in wine(although a wee G an T wouldn't have gone amiss) Wayne but I accept your excuse, sorry, I meant reason . I must thank Ritchie for his donation which got me past my target. Having a Hibee to help me cross the line is special . Thanks again to all of you who made a donation to this cause. It doesn't matter if it's to me or anyone else who enters this. It's not personal targets that count. It's the difference the money makes towards research into any form of this horrible disease. You're all stars in my opinion xxx

Congratulations Nell. Various guys on here have contributed to your efforts but it is you who put in the hours and took the pain. All credit to you. If you decide to do it again next year or an alternative event I will commit to double my contribution.
Love and kisses, BT
BTW Apologies if this is a double post as I typed this before but it got lost.

Well done nell, fantastic effort. We couldn't care less whether you came in the first 600 or the second 600, the fact is you did it again. Great work and a well deserved congratulatory hug from wayne. If i send a bottle of wine to nell, somewhere near Falkirk stadium, Falkirk, do you reckon it'd get to you?

Job is going well. Busy but the weeks are flying by. Hopefully they'll keep me for a few more weeks. Sorry I've not been on much and you won't hear from me on a regular basis for a while but I hope you are all well.
