How a Manager avoids the 'Did your player cheat' question:
Top Tip #1 - Pretend you haven't seen it and haven't spoken to the player;Celtic boss Ronny Deila had not looked again at the sending off or the penalty by the time he came into the media room for his post-match press conference. He said: I haven't spoken to him (John), but from my position it looked like a penalty. Obviously we will expect Delia to inform us of any change to his opinion after he has looked again at the incident and/or after he has spoken to the player and/or after the piss-poor reporter follows up on the story the next day... Top Tip #2. After seeing the incident and speaking to the player, get one of your assistants to explain:Celtic coach John Kennedy has defended John Guidetti over claims he dived to win a penalty in the club's Scottish Cup win over Hearts at Tynecastle. Referee Willie Collum pointed to the spot after Guidetti went down in the box without any apparent contact from Jambos defender Brad McKay. Hoops coach Kennedy says his player simply lost his footing in the penalty area and said accusations the Man City loan star had tried to cheat were unfair. He said: "I don’t think it is a dive, John is not the type. He’s not the type of player who dives and looks to cheat." In that case why did he accept the pen and not go and tell the ref he got it wrong . AYE RIGHT. I don't actually blame the player all that much if you can get away with it go for it. The fact that, the decision is right up there among the worst refereeing mistakes of all time will give Collum some legacy to tell his grand kids about. Didn't escape my attention either that it was in almost the same position of the field to THAT other penalty decision given by Andy the Hun Davis.

I love it when the referees make high profile mistakes on the big live Sky game, they never miss anything, Gollum looked a prick. Davis however got away with his as there were not enough camera's to prove he was corrupt.
