Liking the look of Mitchell too. Think he will offer us a lot on left wing once he gets settled. A very good game. He is going to be some player as he progresses. This was only his second professional game!

Another scrap like the last couple but we never let Hibs dictate the midfield as they did for spells in the previous games. There were at least more half chances than the previous derbies. I never felt that we were going to lose but no surprise it took a scrappy goal. Sky gave it to Cowie. I though it was an of as they seemed to stop the first effort before it squirmed back in.
The wing backs did really well and Cochrane ran himself into the ground. Naismith has a good first touch and there may be a developing partnership with Isma who looked a bit more interested in patches. Milinkovic and Djoum were poor. Great party at the end singing Sweet Caroline!
Finally what a bitter little fud Lennon is. I just saw his interview where he whinged that it was good to see a linesman doing his job. Does he mean by flagging when a player is offside?

Berra was an absolute champ today. Controversial but I thought Isma had a good game. Get's heehaw protection from the referee though.
Naismith's intelligence is superb. WE TOOK A FREEKICK THAT DIDN'T GO STRAIGHT BACK TO HIBS!!
Pleased but still think the team is imbalanced and I detest this 3-5-2 formation. Too much energy is wasted covering someone else's arse.

What a bitter, twisted roaster Lennon is, his post match comments say more about this clown than the actual match. The fact is in the last six games they have won one, lost three and drawn two, yet he says "we cant win every match"

Does he mean by flagging when a player is offside? I wasn't sure if Naismith was light years ahead in his thinking or just played some shit passes but he seemed to enjoy playing with Mitchell so maybe those two are slightly better coached than the others? Anyway, I agree with your comments about Cochrane, Isma, Skinny and Djoum. And also Lemmon's comment about the Linesman although he didn't seem bitter, tbh, just resigned to the fact the better team won - I liked it when he was asked something like 'did you miss Stokes today' (I can't recall the exact question) and he gave an adamant 'No' and walked away. I don't Stokes will be back at Fester Road.
