It was a scruffy no holds barred derby. Some great tackles flying in on both sides, I enjoyed the game but was beginning to worry about another draw. Really scruffy goal but frankly, who cares. We needed that monkey off our back and now we need to move forward.
Liked the two debutants and Berra is simply superb. Cochrane and Randall get a lot of praise from me. Still scratching my head to believe Harry is only 16.
All in, a satisfactory day out, the hibs are in their beds,

Naismith was in the vicinity of the referee at every foul.

Very enjoyable. Not the best footballing spectacle but the result was everything. Well perhaps not everything. I backed Berra with £10 at 34.8 on Betfair to be first goal scorer and despite Cowie being credited with the goal on sky and bbc I’ve been paid out by Betfair. Woohoo! I’ve withdrawn my winning hopefully before they change their mind.

I’m now thinking about going to Hamilton drj. Not got a ticket yet but I’m minded to go to every game home and away while we have the wind in our sails.

Great result today. If Lennon's valuation is right, is wee Harry walking around with £5M pocket money? Looking forward to Hamilton. Will be there.

I wasn’t a fan of Berra coming but he’s been superb for us player of the year by a mile

Poor game not much in it but well done Hearts for the win, probably deserved it more than us.

Now settled down, excellent gritty show, some nice passing movements, little goal mouth action eithervside but best side won. Berra immense,Naismith good show,Mitchell great start ,dare I say signs with Naismith and Mitchell that Isma has some runners for him, they looked a decent linking up partnership perhaps. The difference when Cowie came on was superb, just wish he was ten years younger. Again just a start but if the punch can add a couple more before the windows closes perhaps we can all look forward to a good second half,a big up to seven in a row without a goal conceded, happy days 😄😄🏐🏐😄😄
