I see Doncaster talking about the existential threat to Scottish football, for once his misery is well founded and really does put into context his nonsense in 2012.
Interestingly he is talking about how rugby league got a large loan from government and how useful that was. Its almost as if governance involves looking after people and making rough decisions, you know with things like loans and advances when they are struggling? The hypocracy of the guy is unreal. He has hidden behind ysemantics and words from the start.
The BBC interview was crap, as they focussed entirely on one topic, it was like they weren't allowed to question on what actually went on in the process. They ddnt really challenge him on why they shared info etc.
one last point, Les Gray defended Doncaster by saying he wasn't capable of bullying or coercing anyone. This is the guy we pay a fortune to negotiate on our clusb behalf, it is literally his job to coerce companies to part with their cash for the good of the members, if he isn't capable of it then its not a good sign. Whether he used it against his members is a different question(of course he shoudlnt) , but if you are not capable of coercion then you are not much of a leader!

Not sure coercion is the right word but persuasion, yes. As well as Doncaster not doing bullying, seems he doesn't do irony, eh? (re. loans).

What I find a bit interesting is that he isn't from the West - he's from somewhere in England. For someone to be bias - if he is - who comes from the outside if anything is even worse than someone brought up in Scotland with the usual bias that we associate with the GFA.
The gov giving a loan to rugby surely means that they will give it to football too but would be intersting to see how much they gave to rugby. Definitley not a good solution long-term but from a practical point of view if it keeps clubs alive it'll probably be done.

The loan to rugby league was £16m, so might not go far but would be a reasonable start. Speaking of loans, or advances, or nothing at all, take your pick... www.theguardian.com/football/2020/may/06/gretna-loan-details-deepen-controversy-over-plan-to-end-scottish-football-season-spflThe insinuation that our chair was lieing due to the use of wording of loans or advance, surely comes back to bite them now. They really are making it up as they go along, dodging questions at every turn and using every excuse and twist to stop them having to answer real questions. Even if nothing illegal went on, surely this is not the sort of people we want to represent Scottish football. It is a member organisation, they seem to have complete contempt for the members who they see an an inconvenience.

The Sevco dossier is supposed to be released at 10 am, what’s the betting the SPFL will say it’s not arrived in their inbox 😂😂

That wouldn't surprise me 😂😂,I see Leslie Deans is in the EEN saying if we are relegated we would have a great case in court, easy for him to say. We have had a good track record with appeals haven't we???

Ewan Murray Tweet
SPFL: "..an initial examination of their ‘dossier’ has failed to identify a single shred of evidence to support Sevco’ vociferous claims of corruption, bullying and coercion by SPFL staff." Use of 'staff' is interesting: Neil Doncaster was consistent with same at weekend

Oh dear the Sevco scribbles appears to be full off holes who’d have guessed?
Hope Anne hasn’t banked on this saving Hearts the reconstruction!
As for Sevco if it’s all bull then they should be sued with bringing the game into disrepute and hit with sanctions for wasting everyone’s time.

If it is indeed "risable". Sevco should be hammered Hi hum. What did I tell ye’s😂 I suspect you are right BB but it's going to take days before legitimate comment can be made on what they have produced. no doubt lawyers will be all over it. if there is nothing then in my opinion Sevco should be suspended from Scottish football but that will never happen.

Perhaps they can be docked enough points to put them below us so we are safe ...
