Only 75% needed , that's us down then, who else apart from us and the cream buns are going to vote against it?

I think Championship clubs will agree as we'll take a much bigger support than the Arabs. A few Prem clubs might take the opposite view too. Money talks and it's going to be crucial when things open up again.

My guess we'll get voted down, they'll announce it, legal action, pressure from Sevco and fifa threatening no European footy will see them make a complete arse of it and we'll be back at square one in limbo again.

If we agree to vote for this (on condition of immediate reinstatement) only one SPFL team would be complaining - Sevco. Cue continuation of Sevconians resentment towards the rest of the teams and authorities, another pointless legal battle lost and a club/supporters decision to consider this as 'none in a row'. Even tho they had already conceded the title and they won 9 in a row the, selves by cheating, they will never accept this as being anything other than an end to Celtics run of title victories.

I always thought that any decision regarding the Premier League has to be decided by Premier League Clubs only and there had to be a 9 - 3 vote, If that’s still the case then there’s no chance we will stay up as only Sevco and Hearts would vote against it.

Tell us why? Stop chucking the toys out the pram and form some reasonable logic to your argument (point of view) or have the blinkers not been removed?

Ewan Murray Tweet
Most absurd element of this SPFL plan relates to Brechin/Kelty/Bonnyrigg/Brora. Brechin 7 adrift but would be spared a playoff.. by the same people content to relegate Hearts. Brechin chairman is on SPFL board 😂

League reconstruction would benefit these teams more. Budges last statement was bang on the money to. If goes to court I can't see how we would lose.

Whether we like it or not, the legal arguement is flawed. In essence the league is a private member's club, said clubs have their own ability to set rules on membership. If they tried to chuck us out for having too many black people, gay people or such like, you'd breach common law which would be different.
It's an odd situation with so many permutations.
Still think they should play season out behind closed doors, restrictions in general will be lifted before mass public gatherings are allowed. Players saying they'd refuse if no fans is fucking pathetic. I can't refuse to work just now because my colleagues aren't in same room.
Televised, get results, be done with it.
