So back to where we were at the end of last season, Naismith is now the head coach. He’s replaced McAvoy as he was absolutely horrendous as a head coach and was responsible for all the shite results we’ve had this season. 😂😂😂😂
Steven Naismith said; “Of course, this is a proud moment for me, but I’ve long said that Frankie, Gordy, Gal and I are a team. We work together, tirelessly, and today’s announcement doesn’t change that.

I think this will make or break Naismith now he has stated he’s in full charge. Hopefully for his sake performances and results change.

It always looked like a titular change only. I doubt responsibilities have changed much so we still dont know who to blame lol.

There's only one person to blame now but tbh who was blaming McAvoy for the last three league games?

Is it El Sackio on Saturday? No chance of that but we have amde a mess of the 'easy' start so now he needs to make sure the team competes in the big matches, starting (but not ending) on Saturday.

Worst things to happen, a manager under pressure, a poor away record and lack of goals, where have I heard this before 🤦♂️🤦♂️

It will hopefully become an issue, but my understanding was that Naismith couldn't get his pro license for a couple of years. What happens if we qualify for Europe again next year and he is still in charge? Do we have to publically sack him and rehire as tech director again?
Other question is, why dont you need a pro license to coach in the Scottish prem? Surely a serious league should have that covered, and he should have been working on this a lot sooner, he knew he wanted to go into coaching, it is the backwards culture in Scotland that if you have played for one of the cheeks you will be a good manager that created this nonesense.

Robson definitely under pressure Good point, I bet there's easier games in his mind than a visit to Tynie - probably be a backs to the wall performance from them and a narrow 1-0 win for the sheep then.

Naismith has an UEFA B Licence. According to the SFA’s path to UEFA PRO Licence he needs a UEFA A Licence first so It looks like Dolph is right when he suggests 2 years.

In all seriousness what is the difference between a UEFA A and B licence is it just a money making device for the FA’s or UEFA

Wouldn’t surprise me if it’s just a money making scheme, saying that these are things that must surely be taken into account when appointing a manager especially if you have aspirations of European football, no matter what Naismith does from now the thought that McEvoy will still be around to cover Naisy in case we get into Europe worries me greatly
