Absolutely MTS, running out of time. Lose this and him and the others should be gone imo

But they won't. Too early for the board to admit they've got it wrong. Unless it gets REALLY bad the same management team will still be in place next May.

But they won't. Too early for the board to admit they've got it wrong. Unless it gets REALLY bad the same management team will still be in place next May. 10 games played with a grand total of 11 points- that’s a shocking performance. 33% return, ffs I think wee Streaky Lee bettered that at the Hobos. I do have sympathy for Naismith and believe he is working his bollocks off daily but he shouldn’t have been put in this position by the board as we all know it was the cheap and easy option. An ambitious board would have searched all over to employ an experienced gaffer with a good pedigree within the game, granted that would potentially be a gamble as is any managerial appointment but it would’ve been a hell of a lot better than what we have at the moment imo

Agreed ek it was an appointment lacking bravery or imagination. Same old tactical failures and inability to get the best out of the squad. Will the next appointee change the pattern? Doubtful if past hirings are any guide but in any case I still believe that no change can be expected for some considerable time.

As long as we are in the playoff position or better he will still be here. St Johnstone are probably relegation fodder so I would guess automatic relegation looks out of the picture as long as we beat St Johnstone head to head that is.

And we all know our record when we play sides who are struggling with poor records🤦♂️🤦♂️ Don’t think even a defeat in the semi will change the boards thinking, lack of football knowledge on the board is not helping, injuries are not helping, constantly playing players out of position is not helping, lack of ability to make basic decisions is not helping, tactics are not helping, wait a minute are these the reasons you change 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️⚽️

We need to start winning games at Tynecastle, no wins against Killie, Hibs, Motherwell and a complete humping from Celtic.
