Hibs finally grow a backbone to cut the OF allocations (don’t worry Jambos the agreements with you guys/gals stands for now).
Hibs have called out all supporters including our own, this must be a wake up call to everyone that object throwing, racism, sectarianism and all other types of vile behaviour stops or away supporters will no longer be tolerated.
Or maybe once the dust settles everything will be swept under the carpet again for the next decade or so.

But what aboot yer ain? Every time we go to Easter Road our players are getting pelted with chips, drinks, vapes. You name it. The exhibition at Tynie last time was a disgrace. We should be cutting Hibs allocation and quick. Credit to the club making the announcement ( our board could take a lesson!)

Read the statement only fans named and shamed were our own but anyone else offended is guilty as well.

For clarity before the others pitch in and comment without reading.
Hibernian FC condemns the abhorrent behaviour and chanting made by some supporters in Scottish football.
Over recent years supporters’ unacceptable conduct has become rife in Scotland whether that be through the use of pyrotechnics, sectarianism, objects being thrown onto the field of play or through other actions. This is simply not good enough.
Understanding that the behaviour of certain sections of Hibernian FC’s own support has not been good enough at times this season, the Club has been taking the strongest possible action against those who behave in an unacceptable manner, working with Police Scotland and colleagues at other clubs.
Hibernian FC now implores other clubs to act in a similar fashion and the governing bodies to take serious consideration into the issues to ensure Scottish football is safe and welcoming for all.
Following fan behaviour and chanting from opposing teams this season, the Club’s Board of Directors will be reducing the away allocation at Easter Road moving forward, alongside taking further actions.
Football is a sport for all, and stadiums should be a place where families and friends can come together to support their team. Hibernian FC prides itself on being a club for everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, colour, gender, religion, creed, and sexual orientation. Everyone should be able to feel safe and comfortable attending a football match.

I think Hearts gave Celtic 650 tickets and Sevco got 1000 but that’s to allow our Roseburn season ticket holders keep their seats and allows walk up fans to get tickets. Due to segregation we still lose money and they are games with our lowest attendance. It doesn’t stop them being anti social or singing sectarian songs or using pyrotechnics. The only way you’ll stop them being arseholes is to ban them completely.

It's about time Scottish football was dragged into the 20th Century... the biggest surprise is that it is Hibs who raise the matter now, given their well-documented problems with missile throwers and pitch encroachers. The BBC surveyed all Scottish clubs on the topic of strict liability in 2019 and only 3 out of 42 clubs were in favour:
Ladbrokes Premiership
Aberdeen - No comment
Celtic - Did not respond
Dundee - No comment
Hamilton - Against
Hearts - Did not respond
Hibs - No comment
Kilmarnock - Did not respond
Livingston - Did not respond
Motherwell - No comment
Sevco - Did not respond
St Johnstone - Against
St Mirren - No comment
