After today's widespread coverage of Bournemouth's impressive 2nd half where they won after being 3 down to Luton at half time, did anyone else see the more amazing result from the Europa Conference League tonight? Olympiakos lost the first leg 4-1 AT HOME to Maccabi Tel Aviv coming back to win the away tie 6-1 and progress through. I don't know the circumstances of either leg viz red cards or whatever but that comeback puts AFCB's win well in the shade for me. Stunning.

Hearts v Lokomotiv Leipzig brings back brilliant memories.

Hearts v Lokomotiv Leipzig brings back brilliant memories. I thought that exact same thing when I saw PAOK Solinika 5-1 v Dinamo Zagreb last night (2-0 down from first leg)

That must be a record comeback after losing 1-4 at Home, right enough! I hope there's an article on it somewhere to see how the game went, how delighted were the away team and how gutted were the home team (did they play youngsters etc thinking they were already through etc)

Tried to find some highlights, but couldn't.
This is roughly how it went.
Due to the current situation in the Middle East, the second leg was played at the neutral TSC Arena in Serbia. The attendance was 370, most of them probably Greeks.
Olympiakos took the lead in the 10th minute and were two up in the 36th minute. A third goal arrived in first half injury time to level the tie. Maccabi scored from the penalty spot on 57 minutes to restore their aggregate lead. The Greeks then levelled the tie again on 65 minutes and there was no more scoring for the remainder of the ninety minutes. Olympiakos clinched the tie in extra time, scoring in the 93rd and 103rd minutes.
The bits in between the goals were probably boring as fuck.

I wonder if they got 50/50 ticket xplit... The Greeks could drive there but their fans were probably so pissed off after the first leg they couldn't be arsed attending.
