I expect the replay to be very difficult (as all derbies should be). Either team could win and might depend which of Stokes or Dauda finds his shooting boots first. The only thing that shades it in Jambos' favour is that this year has a '6' in it...

Flip of the coin who goes through imo extra time and pens may also be required, hoping the home advantage and crowd help Hibs over the line.

Not meant as banter genuine question. Do you think the Hibs team is as good or better than the Hearts team or do you think the derby is a leveler?

On paper hearts are the better team, but after last week the score could go either way

I think Dauda will make a difference this time. Tough to expect him to drop right into the team after a few days and make a big statement. That and Osh making some great overlaps and getting in some plum crosses for Dauda. It will be great to watch the destruction take place!! Nae borra!

Putting my green tinted specs to one side I think at present Hearts are the better team mainly due to their height and strength, but Hibs are closing the gap between them fast. However a derby is a great leveller and of course Hibs are at home with a big crowd behind them and as we saw at Tynie anything can happen. It is on course to be the biggest attendance at ER since the new East Stand was finished. Too close to call and down to luck on the night. 'mon Hibs, GGTTH

Although we are undoubtadly a "big strong" team. I think far to much is made of that attribute. In fact as one commentator said a few weeks ago. People say that like its a bad thing. These guys may be big but they can play a bit. I honestly believe this is the best squad we have had since 2006. They havent fully gelled yet that probably wont happen until next season.

Aye, don't get me wrong drj, I didn't mean that Hearts are just big and strong but when you have these attributes along with skill it helps in easing opposition off the ball etc especially in 50 / 50 situations. All the top sides have strength with their skill, I have seen over the years many really skillful players who have never made it at top level through a lack of strength or lacking a little pace. Now lets talk about the foul count in last Sundays game.........

Now lets talk about the foul count in last Sundays game...... Slightly disingenuous Exeter. The 9 Hibs fouls were all leg breakers, every one, without exception Whilst at least 6 fouls were given against Hearts players for blowing their nose in the general direction of a hanky. Plain as the nose on your face and blatant for all to see. You'll be claiming victory in the singing next...
