The police would be happy with that
But yes a lot of twitter saying that next week gatherings over 500 people to be stopped, so closed doors first step unless a player contracts the virus then a 2 week shutdown seems to be the policy in Europe.

If it’s that bad then why wait to next week just start from now, closed doors games, seems madness to have 50,000 at an old firm game and pubs rammed with hundreds to watch it.
Could clubs allow their tv stations to broadcast the games behind closed doors FOC with a ST clientele ref no but not allowed in pubs?

Mrs dav sent me this
CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC- SCOTLAND SPECIFIC UPDATE:
Following the conclusion of the COBRA meeting this afternoon, the First Minister has just informed a news conference and will soon tell Parliament the following:
After a spike in UK cases of COVID 19 across the UK, the 4 nations will now move to the ‘Delay phase’ of the public health response to the Pandemic. The key points of this requirements of this phase are as follows:
• From tomorrow if you have symptoms consistent with COVID19: Fever, shortness of breath and or a persistent cough you must self-isolate for 7 days.
• If a case is suspected it won’t be tested routinely. Testing will be conducted on a sample basis to gauge infection levels within communities.
• Schools will remain open for the time being. It is likely that they may need to close but when they do they may not re-open for several months.
• Planned overseas school trips will now not go ahead until further notice.
• Mass gatherings of over 500 people or more will be cancelled from Monday.
If you have concerns about Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are worried about symptoms, you must stay home and call your GP or NHS 24 (111) out of hours where you will receive help. Lothian does have a drive-through service, but it is not a drop-in clinic and you need an appointment. You must not approach a healthcare centre (hospital or surgery) or the drive-through testing service directly. You will not be tested there without an appointment.
I’ll try to keep you informed with updates as I get them.

I'm watching the 2012 cup final and it strikes me that once again Hibs are ahead of their time, I swear in 2012 they were practicing "social distancing" on Ian Black

Westminsters new slogan in the fight against Covid.... ….Yep, keep your eyes peeled, 'coz it could be following you about. Fucking clueless, and they wonder why half of Engurland are out having picnics and street parties? The Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish first ministers have all told them to ram it.

What a bunch of whinging, hypocritical twats.
From The Guardian...
'The Government is facing renewed calls to revert back to a virtual Parliament after the Business Secretary was forced to self-isolate after appearing visibly unwell in the House of Commons.
Senior MPs on Wednesday branded the decision to force MPs to return to Westminster as “reckless” as Alok Sharma was tested for coronavirus and returned home to await the results.
It came after Mr Sharma was seen repeatedly mopping his forehead with a handkerchief at the dispatch box shortly after 4pm.
During the debate, Mr Sharma's counterpart, shadow business secretary Ed Miliband, passed him a glass of water at one point.Mr Miliband later sent his best wishes to Mr Sharma for a quick recovery.
Parliamentary authorities are understood to have given the area where Mr Sharma was standing a deep clean, with sources stressing that MPs were sitting at least two metres apart.
Whilst his condition remained unclear on Wednesday evening, it was later pointed out that Mr Sharma had participated in two votes on Tuesday, when MPs were forced to queue for up to half a mile outside of the Commons chamber.
Following his appearance, his spokesman said: “Alok Sharma began feeling unwell when in the chamber delivering the second reading of the corporate governance and insolvency bill. In line with guidance he has been tested for coronavirus and is returning home to self isolate.”
The incident is likely to alarm Boris Johnson, who just hours beforehand had announced that MPs forced to shield at home would be able to vote by proxy. The Government has already committed to bring forward fresh proposals for those unable to attend Parliament to continue participating via videolink.
It is also likely to reignite criticism of Jacob Rees-Mogg, the Commons leader, who on Tuesday defended the decision to scrap hybrid proceedings on the grounds that the public expected MPs to provide “effective scrutiny that puts ministers under real pressure.”
Responding, Lisa Nandy, the shadow foreign secretary, said: “This is just awful. The Government stopped MPs from working from home and asked us to return to a building where social distancing is impossible. “MPs are travelling home to every part of the country tonight. Reckless doesn’t even begin to describe it.”
Echoing her comments, Catherine McKinnell, the Labour MP for Newcastle North, said: “He really didn’t look well, and I hope he’s ok.
“He should not have been in the commons today. In fact, most of us shouldn’t have been. The Government is advising everyone else to avoid public transport and work from home if possible to avoid spreading covid, but made us all do the opposite.”'
These are the same arseholes who are forcing people back to work down south while it's obviously still not safe.
The quicker we get independence, the better.
