Just read the Partick statement and to me reading between the lines they do not want to waste money fighting a fight they may or may not win. Even if they win it still costs money that they cannot afford. Could be financial suicide. Now if they , us and some others were to get together and bring a class action suit against the SPFL and share costs, maybe that is an option. Indeed - plus would FoH contribute? Likely.
There would be plenty of lawyers happy to do it for either low cost, free or in return for some shares.

Total rebuild required for next season regardless of what division we’re in. All the serial losers can GTF and that includes Stendel. A new CEO urgently required that has a vast experience running a football club. We’ve got to be rebuilt and ready for the start of the season. Be careful what you wish for MTS. Just finished reading Ian Murrays book and was quite dismayed at the acrimony within FoH. Sure Budge has made some mistakes but I am genuinely concerned at what might happen if she decides she has had enough or the fans kick her out. I hope Budge stays on the board DrJ but I don't want her anywhere near the footballing side. Unfortunately she allowed Levein to think he was bigger than the club and that's the reason we are back to where we started when she took over. All these people need to be removed from the club as they've failed miserably. In my opinion we need an Football experienced CEO, a new management team that knows Scottish Football inside out and can make our youth academy better than the one we have at the moment. Our scouting system also needs completely revamped.

I worry AB has been set up to fail with any reconstruction proposals she presents to the clubs. Even if she comes up with a genuinely good proposal the clubs will simply vote the way they have done, with I guess some exceptions.
If the 11-1 voting in the Premier League is correct, I cant see anything like that number voting in favour.

Lets face it. The whole system is set up to benefit 2 clubs. Or at least allow them to control what is deemed to be a democratic voting hierarchy. Until something changes with the whole setup, nothing will change at all. Those two are so focussed on furthering their own agendas to the detriment of any and all others and at large the game, the only wat out of this crap is to break away and start our own league without them. Let them play each other 38 times a season and dissolve into their own hate filled cesspool.

CEO is a business role and she is perfectly suited and dont forget she has been working for nothing. Could we afford the style of CEO you refer to? I doubt it very much. We do however need a top director of football who is steeped in football

We do however need a top director of football who is steeped in football That’s another option although some managers don’t like working with a sporting director, don’t see a problem with that if the new manager is happy to work with one. I look at Motherwell’s Alan Burrows who’s probably the best CEO in Scottish football who combines the sporting director role. Unfortunately he is a Motherwell fan and I don’t think we could poach him to Tynecastle.

I've been enjoying the Football Show on you tube each day at 4. Some really hilarious comment but also decent debate on the SPFL saga. Worth a watch

Budge now saying no-one should be declared champions. Not sure how that helps us in our pursuit for a new conensus when our focus should be on no relegation. I thought she was meant to be good at business and negotiations.

I wonder where that will come from 😂😂 Good move by her imo, it keeps the divide with the old firm and could provide much needed leverage and a bargaining chip. Offer title to Celtic in exchange for yes vote or the opposite to Sevco.
