10 is the starting point I suspect something like 5 is the aim.

Even by launching these proceedings, we are ripping the SPFL a new one.

Rumours on kickback hibs up shit creak, same sort we where in with UBIG. No wonder Rod is so desperately trying to team up with pay day loans companys. Could just be a load of shite, but time will tell.
Interesting times head.

Will this lawsuit put the kybosh on the handover from Budge to The FOH? If the judge can stop the SPFL from selling or moving assets around to stop them from hiding stuff, will the same thing not apply to HMFC? Just wondering.

I don’t think there is any legal reason it can’t go ahead. But changing jockey half way through the biggest race if your life might not be clever.
For all AB hasn’t got the football stuff right, this is businesss and it is her world. We also need her contacts more than ever. I th8n we will need the FOH money for cash flow for the next year rather than paying off Bidco.
I am happy we are getting a sporting director in, but it needs to be quite quick. A Leanne Demoster type of person who has been around football but not just an old manager is what we need.

A new twist to the saga. If Hearts win the legal battle to remain in the Premier league then, since the clubs have voted not to extend the division, the promoted clubs can't be promoted:
A shock move by Hearts has placed a legal question mark over Dundee United’s promotion to the Premiership.
As part of their court action against the SPFL after they themselves were relegated to the Championship, the Tynceastle club want to stop the Tangerines, Raith Rovers and Cove Sevco all going up to their respective divisions.
Letters have been sent to United, Rovers and Cove this week in a dramatic bid to scrap promotion.
Jam Tarts owner Ann Budge has launched a legal petition at the Court of Session against the SPFL and, with the prospect of restructuring the leagues having disappeared, she believes their only option of staying in the Premiership is to keep others down.
The legal move has been made jointly with Partick Thistle and contains a claim of up to £10 million in compensation.
United, Raith and Cove have all been in contact with the SPFL about the matter and are waiting for legal guidance before deciding how to address the issue.
Now that would be delicious irony for those clubs who voted against expansion!

I would be surprised if we won the fight in court to remain in the Prem. If it gets as far as court, I'd expect to win compensation.

Regardless of how this ends up Doncaster should be done after the dust settles. The SPFL will need to keep him around until after the court case just to keep him onside. If they were to punt him before hand he could blow the lid off things in court and send them all down the road to ruin. After the case is over, win lose or draw, they must get rid of him as the whole setup is a fuckin shambles and he is the Top Gun. Sayanora!

To be honest K19, I'm not fussed what league we play in as long as we are competnsated if it's the lower league.

Ditto drj, I dont care what league we are in either, given the choice between Hearts playing a 12 man Celtic or a 3 man QOS, I would be far more interested in the latter. But if these feckers think they VOTE for us to be thrown of the league then I hope they pay dearly for that vote.

Can anyone explain the latest from France and Belgium?
My thinking is in Belgium the court have deemed relegation illegal, but what is happenign now? Expanding the league? Compo?
In France it seems the court stopped relegation, to allow the clubs to have a go at restructuring and they have decided not to? Where does that leave the court, or was it the fact they hadn't voted for it that was illegal?
Does any of this have a real bearing, other than comfort for one side or another they are not alone?
