Joint club statement and it's a cracker.
Along with the other 40 SPFL clubs, Hearts and Partick Thistle have received a letter, signed by Neil Doncaster, that relates to the forthcoming Court case. It is wrong and much of its content is misleading and the timing itself questionable, we are currently awaiting legal advice on what needs to happen next.

I wonder what was in the letter. No one seems to know.

Junior, I see France have upheld the vote to change the league structure and will continue to relegate Toulouse and Amiens and they have backed away from the legal challenge.

I wonder what was in the letter. No one seems to know. From JKB The SPFL letter is a circular to all clubs saying that despite requests they cannot inform the clubs what their defences are on Wed. That's correct but he is implying that Hearts / Partick have made their action public. All Court Petitions are posted public documents, the mans a clown. He needs to watch out as he is drifting into defamation territory.

Prime example of reading want you want to see. Please find me anything that says AMIENS has given up??? Toulouse yes, AMIENS and the others no. Back to court it goes..

From what I remember Scots Law is a totally different animal than a lot of countries. It’s subject to British statutory law though so it has more predictability than if it were just common (case) law. Haven’t studied it so may be mistaken as to it’s uniqueness.

Personally, I think the reason SPFL are shitting it, is that the courts probably wont reinstate us into prem but they will award compensation for damages which will be substantial.
Those damages are going to be compounded even further if the league doesnt start in October or even worse that it starts but can't end because teams can't operate. That would be a disaster for the SPFL and they know it
